The Session Guarantee

Consulting sessions booked on this site (currently offered as the Second Opinion, the Working Session, and the Follow-Through — session names and formats are marketing labels and may change over time) carry a simple promise: if a session wasn’t useful, tell me why within 14 days and I’ll refund it.
